During the purchase you will have the opportunity to discuss the project, deciding the number of bedrooms, where to put the bathroom and kitchen and the possibility of balconies and a roof terrace. Visiting show rooms to select materials such as doors, windows, tiles, bathrooms and, of course, seeing finished projects is all part of the service we offer. Prior to the purchase we will also obtain quotes based on the design style and finish you require.
Once the purchase process is complete and renovation quote selected, you will meet the builder and sign a renovation contract, including a copy of the builders quote. A question and answer session and meeting with the builders on site will be arranged.
